Once there was a meadow,  where two children would play.  We'd go through the window,  so that unwatched we could stay.   
We searched for an escape,  from the troubles of our lives.  So characters in our minds we'd shape,  to help us each survive.   
Down in the grass,  I became your knight.  With armor of heart and brass,  for me to don every night.   
You became my lady,  smart and soft and sweet.  when the sun set we were ready,  to each story complete.

JourneyOnce upon a time,  in myself I'd find,  a need for my soul to rest   
so I'd take a ship  and ride upon your lips,  to the shores within   
your words a fantasy,  your love my extacy,  restore my heart undone

My Personal Pandoras BoxThere is a table with a chair that I have sat upon.  On the table there’s a candle and a small wooden box.  I watch candlelight reflect upon the wood and lose time  As I ponder what would happen if I should pick its locks.   
I feel lost within this limbo of curiosity.  There is a war of willpower going on in my mind.  I know I shouldn’t force the lid of the box wide open  Or am I just over analyzing what I may find?   
I am afraid of my own personal Pandora’s box.  What if I step closer and I feel pain that I can’t handle?  I want to open the lid and see what is inside there.   My Personal Pandoras Box

goodness, has it been a while. Believe it or not, I DO still check this thing from time to time. I'm a college student now- a lowly freshman, at that, but its good for me. Probably.

I'll try and put some new stuff up here soon, we'll see. I've gotten some poems and what not laying around that have gone unused.

:blush: Not a problem at all! I'm just worried it posted several times..haven't had a chance to go look. It acted like it didn't post at all every time I tried.. you take such amazing photography. All of your pictures are emotional and crisp, and remind me alot of where I live- on the coast, with harbors, etc. I get to see the nice skies and water often, but much of it doesn't compare to what you've captured.

Thanks for the comments about my poetry.. just writing how I feel at the time, it's a good way to get it out and let people know..

As for the Last Samurai. God. It's the best movie ever. The entire audience held their breath through the fights. When everyone exhaled you could just about feel the air moving in the room. It was that good.
